I am an innovative thinker, change catalyst and experienced leader committed to making Triaxios an exceptional place to work. My experience as a thought leader of multiple high-performing and culturally competent teams will contribute to the success of the company. I will continue to transform our culture, accelerate our ability to change and improve our work environment by being available to all employees as a champion for candor, truth, and transparency. I will focus on improving the accuracy and efficiency or our processes to increase our revenue and net income while ensuring that I am adding value for our customers. I will also use my Lean Six Sigma skills and abilities to approach organization-wide challenges from multiple angles while using analytics to deliver effective data-driven solutions.

 I have earned a distinguished reputation as a perceptive and practical troubleshooter with a unique ability to solve large-scale complex problems often deemed too challenging for others. I excel at working across multiple departments as well as with subsidiaries, third-party vendors, facilities, providers, and government agencies making me a valuable resource for organizational sustainability. My commitment to personal and professional growth is fundamental to my core beliefs.
